Build Muscles For Your Pit Bull

  • Meal 5: 6 in the afternoon: 1/4th of the recommended amount of the daily amount
  • Meal 6: 9 at night: 1/4th of the daily amount. 

While the diet plays a big role in building muscles in your pit bull, it is also important that you exercise your dog frequently. There are many activities that help with this, like weight pulling, hills running or poles springing. By doing these activities, your dog's muscles will be torn. Sounds scary, right? But they will repair themselves after that, and then rebuild stronger.
